The older you get, the more this is evident. Damage that we do to ourselves at 20 may not show up until our 50’s or later, because at 20 you’re so healthy it doesn’t matter.
Eating isn’t just about satisfying hunger. That means you have to eat lots of lean protein, fruits and vegetables, and complex carbohydrates; no processed foods; and minimal white flour and sugar.
And don’t forget water. “Super-hydrating” with two cups of water at the beginning of the day is must. And avoiding “dehydrators,” like processed sugary foods, high doses of caffeine, and soda.
