After giving birth to her adorable daughter True in April, Khloe Kardashian shed 30 Pounds fast by her new diet. The new mama is on a strict regime that doesn’t allow for many potatoes — or, sadly, for many carbs at all. To give fans a sample of what she’s eating on her low-carb plan the Revenge Body star shared that she typically starts her day with a tablespoon of jam and almond butter. After a workout, she’ll tuck into a breakfast of two eggs, a cup of oatmeal, and a cup of berries; she later tops that off with a snack of berries and almonds at mid-morning. In the afternoon, Khloe also grabs some almonds and a cup of veggies to stave off hunger till dinner time. Though she didn’t reveal exactly what she has for dinner, we’re guessing it’s not Popeye’s delivery… at least, not every night. But that’s what cheat day is for, right?
